UK Consumer Opinion is the survey brand for Infinics Technologies Private Limited or ("We"), a data controller registered in India, England and Wales.

We are registered with the Information Commissioner Office. UK Consumer Opinion is committed to acting in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation and Data Protection Act 2018. Our ICO Registration number is ZA651268.

How long will we retain your personal data?

We will retain your personal data for as long as is necessary for the required service to be provided to you and in light of the reason for which it was first collected. All retained personal data is subject to the controls of our Data Protection Policy and will be kept for at least 12 months or as long as we have an active consent / opt in record from you. It is important to us that we have an accurate and up-to-date information about your personal data. And so, we will regularly update our database against suppression files and remove those who wish to no longer be contacted

You can unsubscribe from UK Consumer Opinion at any time by submitting details on our website or request to opt out even on calls during survey. We would add his or her telephone number in our global DNC file. Your details will be suppressed as per your request and neither further emails / sms will be sent to you nor any details be passed onto any 3rd parties for the usage described in this Privacy Policy.
